Minimum order quantities depend on the vessel and labelling style you choose. Get in touch with your occasion and rough headcount, and we’ll confirm the minimum and a price per unit in your quote.
How long does a custom candle order take?
Most custom orders take a few weeks from approved quote to delivery, covering design sign off, hand pouring, curing, and packaging. Larger corporate or wedding orders should be booked in as early as possible, especially around peak seasons.
Can I use my own logo or brand colours?
Yes. For corporate gifting, we can match your brand colours, feature your logo on the label, and select a scent that fits your brand. Send us your logo files and any brand guidelines during the consultation stage.
Are custom Honey Willow candles eco-friendly?
Yes. Every custom candle is hand poured in soy wax and housed in a refillable or reusable vessel, so your gift keeps its sustainable credentials even in a fully personalised design.
Do you require a deposit?
Yes. Once you approve your quote, we ask for a 20 percent deposit before work begins on your design and handcrafting.
